Living And Working With GRACE – The Jeremiah Broz Way!

Is every CEO, every successful business owner a role model? Not Really! Why? Because real success is achieved when you make a difference in peoples’ lives – you lift them up and take them along for the ride.

Jeremiah Broz is a role model because he strives to make a difference. He is the CEO of Energy Advantage Roofing and Solar. His success is fueled by a relentless pursuit of not just a profitable business but purposeful life that makes a difference.

Several books have been published, articles written, and videos made on the lives of hundreds of celebrity corporate leaders. Jeremiah is not one of them, yet he is an inspiring story. There is no shame in failing repeatedly but accepting failure as fate is a reason to be ashamed. This is precisely what he didn’t do!

He has changed the lives of 700 (and counting) aspiring professionals by providing them with professional training, mentoring, and life coaching. He teaches them to be passionate about what they do and do it for themselves, not their boss or the company. He is passionate about mentoring his employees and people in the community to make a difference in as many lives as possible.

10,000! That is the number of people whose lives he wants to change for the better.

Regularly working with charities is an impactful way to help the community and build karma. Jeremiah has plenty of karma in the bank.

When asked about the foundation of his success, he shares five core values upon which he built his life and helped others do the same.

Core Value#1: Gratitude

Gratitude is at the center of everything Jeremiah does. He wakes up each day grateful for what he has and takes time to show it. He expresses his gratitude by giving back to others in need, whether it’s his time or money.

Core Value#2: Resilience

No matter what challenges life throws at you, you should remain resilient. Challenges are temporary, and you have the power always to bounce back no matter what. Turn to your support system – family, friends, and community when feeling down.

Core Value #3: Accountability

Jeremiah takes responsibility for his own life and decisions. He believes that everyone should be accountable for their promises to themselves, other people, etc. He realizes that his success depends on his willingness to work hard and stay focused. When he makes a mistake, he owns up to it and takes steps to ensure it doesn’t happen again.

Core Value #4: Connection

Build a connection with customers, employees, and everyone else you come in contact with. Humanize the conversation by showing empathy and understanding. When you connect with others, it allows them to see you as a person, not just a company or brand.

Core Value #5: Empowerment

Jeremiah believes in empowering people to make their own decisions and choices. He also believes that everyone has the ability to make a positive impact in the world. He helps people reach their potential and help make the world a better place.

Despite achieving so much, he considers himself just a man trying to figure it out!

Energy Advantage Roofing and Solar is not just a business but a training ground for entrepreneurs and professionals working towards achieving a purposeful life.
